Extended Care

St. Pius X School currently offers a fully state-licensed Extended Care Program (ECP) for our Pre-K through Eighth grade students.  The program runs on full school days from dismissal until 6:00 pm.  The 2021-22 school year rates are $9.00 for one hour or less of care, or $18 for more than one hour.  These rates require an annual program registration fee of $75.00.  As much as possible, care should be pre-scheduled with the program director to allow for adequate staffing.

For families needing infrequent care, Drop-In care is available.  Drop-In care requires a registration, but no registration fee.  Drop-In rates are $12.00 per hour.

Healthy snacks are provided to the children at school dismissal and again at 5:00pm.  The ECP ensures all homework is completed and offers homework assistance, when needed.  Additionally, STEM projects, arts and crafts activities, board games, as well as outdoor and indoor recess are available to students.
