Volunteer Background Checks & Training

Background checks are mandatory for all school volunteers every three years. People who work with children in the school are also required to complete C.A.S.E. training sessions. Contact the school office for information on completing these requirements.

Fair Share Program

Parental involvement at St. Pius X School is a cornerstone to high-quality education. The parents or legal guardians in each school family are expected to contribute to the Fair Share Program by working Fair Share Hours.

Families are to contribute a minimum of 15 hours per school year.

Fair Share Hours for each year will begin May 1 and end the following April 30. Please be sure to log your hours in FACTS (RenWeb). Those families whose schedules and commitments restrict their ability to satisfy their Fair Share Hour requirement must pay $20 per unfulfilled Fair Share Hour. Families who have not fulfilled their Fair Share requirement by either working hours or paying $20 per unworked hour will not be allowed to register for the upcoming school year.
